Hi Carol,

I`m so pleased everything went so well for you this time, and that you`re home again. I hope you continue to make a good and speedy recovery.

Take care,

Kathleen x

Now listen, you - NO MORE WALKING WITHOUT CRUTCHES! You could fall and dislocate the hip! Don't want to nag, but this is a no-no for about 4 weeks. RollEyes

Take care

LOL LOL LOL You're absoluely right Jean, don't anyone else do this at home!!!

I should be using crutches for 6 weeks but since I cancelled the carer, I'm having to be independant and its virtually impossible to carry things using crutches. The thing is, I'm surprised I can walk so well so soon, it wasn't what I was expecting at all, but then I did have the best surgeon! Wink

I will be careful!

My physio was impressed yesterday how well I could stand on my operated leg ........ it's as if the muscles haven't been divided!

That's brilliant news, Carol - but PLEASE PLEASE be careful. Even using just one stick/crutch is better than none at all - just to give you a bit of stability.
